Another Tears of Joy sauce-for-a-band and this one is a huge honor for me. Sick of It All are legends in the genre of hardcore rock music. These guys have been kicking out passionate, powerful, from-the-gut anthems for over two decades now and they are still going strong. This sauce made in their honor is sweet and hot from the apples, dates and ghost chile.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, applesauce, water, dates, garlic, molasses, salt, cayenne, ghost (naga jolokia) pepper, guajillo pepper, white pepper.
