Life After Brick-and-Mortar December 17, 2020 We are a few weeks out now from leaving the physical shop and the dust has settled, for the most part. There are still awkward moments while we find our groove, but I knew that would be the case. All told, I am happy with how things are turning out.We have a warehouse from which to operate in south Austin that is working out nicely. We already had a working relationship with the owners and it has been going rather smoothly. One of our vendors has opened up her kitchen to rent for me to go in and cook when I need to, which has been a blessing. The transfer of a couple of pieces of large, heavy equipment was a little bit stressful, but everything worked out.The holidays (and covid) have put a stall on working with the co-packer (a large, professional kitchen), but in 2021 we will be moving forward with the goal of grocery store sales. We need to get it out to you. Next up, we are putting together a studio to shoot better-quality videos to post on this site and our YouTube channel. I have a few ideas for a show or two, so stay tuned for that.Thank you all for tuning in and for all your continued business. I am incredibly grateful for the friends and fans we have acquired over the years. I hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season and have a fantastic New Year!-Brian Share Share on Facebook 0 Tweet Tweet on Twitter +1 +1 on Google Plus ← Older Post Newer Post →
