Here's a fun one. From the small town of Alba, Texas, we have this fabulous hot sauce. This is surprisingly good. I thought it would be just another goofily-named hot sauce. Now it's one of my new favorites. It's a Louisiana-style sauce, but with way more spices than those hot vinegars. Much more rich. A perfect hot sauce for buffalo wings and any Cajun dish.
