This is one wacky salsa. One of the most creative products we have. The folks at Howard's Yummies are having a bit too much fun here. This stuff's amazing. A green sauce with a touch of smoke from the chipotle and loads of tang from the nopalita cactus. Yes, that's right, cactus. There are a few sauces made with cactus and I love them all. What a flavor. I make a fascinating guacamole with this salsa.

Ingredients Tomatillos (tomatillos, citric acid), onion, roasted poblano chiles, roasted anaheim chiles, nopalitas (tender cactus, water, vinegar, onion, salt, peppers, sugar, coriander, spices), water, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, chipotle paste (chipotle chilies, sugar, salt, citric acid) and spices.
